Printing an Item Class List

1. When you first enter the Item Class option a Select An Option window will appear; select PRINT LIST.

2. "Print items in item class, No/Yes" will appear:

• Select no to print a list of item classes only.
• Select yes to print a list of item classes with item details.

3. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following prints on the report:

• Item Class ID – The item class ID
• Item Class Description – The item class name or description
• Item Code – The item code, if the report was printed with item detail
• Item Description – The item description, if the report was printed with item detail
• Item Group – The item group, if the report was printed with item detail.
